Excellent, capable and professional...3 words that describe Tomas! Of course, these days everyone starts online and I was perusing the homes on his company’s website and found several that looked interesting. Tomas took the time to understand what we were looking for. I flew down to tour the homes; we saw 5 the first day and 6 the second. While touring, Tomas chatted about the “flavor” of the various neighborhoods. We zeroed in on one home and Tomas discussed offer strategies and we crafted our offer after listening to his advice. With minimal back and forth, we successfully got into contract, had the home inspected, negotiated the repairs and ultimately closed on our new home. Anyone looking for a competent agent needs to look no further. We feel lucky to have found Tomas.

We found a property online and contacted Tomas Beamonte from E&V to arrange a viewing. He was immediately very friendly and helpful as well as showing a genuine interest in finding the right property for our family. After our first viewing he really listened to what we wanted and, shortly afterwards, sent us an email with around 10 other possible properties which had just the sort of character and features we were looking for. He was very communicative and made arrangements for things for us seamlessly (organising a contractor to attend the second viewing, helping to negotiate with the seller, making appointments with notaries, etc). We have dealt with a few other real estate agents in San Miguel as well but we found Tomas particularly easy to relate to and very much appreciated the level of care and detail that he brought to all our dealings with him. We are very happy with the house we were able to buy with his help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell in San Miguel.

Tomas has been an exceptional realtor—far beyond what I expected. He gave us a great feel for the town, showed us many properties, and offered valuable advice on neighborhoods and property values. He has a sharp eye for what suited us and was generous with his time and contacts. He's been my ace in the hole during and after the buying process. Anyone who works with him is truly lucky.

My experience with Tomas was fantastic/5 star. Recently retired and wanted to move from Chicago to SMA. He identified multiple beautiful properties. Although I don’t speak Spanish and wasn’t familiar with the buying process, he made the offer, inspection and closing seamless. Later, he even helped me get settled into SMA. I really appreciate the efforts to find the perfect property, but also the personal touch to make it a good experience. I’ll be sure to use him for my future real estate needs!

We just sold our house in Antigua Recidencial and purchased a house in Atascadero. Tomas Beamonte with Engel & Volkers is the real estate agent who helped us with both transactions. There were challenges along the way and Tomas went WAY out of his way to efficiently and successfully negotiate each and every obstacle. One of which involved CFE. Tomas personally brought me to CFE seven times to help resolve a very large, incorrect bill!!! He provided amazing, over-the-top service at every turn. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He and his team provided us with beautiful, professional binders for both transactions that included copies of everything involved.
